Since high school I have been always curious about the organization of events, thus actively participating in school activities. After the graduation I started my volunteering path in international student organization AIESEC as an active member, in Lithuania. With its and mentors’ support I have been gaining more competence and courage to hold project coordinator or organizing committee president’s roles.

Continuous development of leadership and time management skills have encouraged me to take more responsibilities in organizing and coordinating national and international conferences within and outside Europe. Moreover, it has challenged me to take roles as a trainer and spokeswoman. An increased tolerance and flexibility in problem solving has helped me to achieve successful results in different projects.

Last but not least volunteering work has been in Lithuanian youth community (LYC) in Sweden. Being a president of the committee in Swedish environment has taught me Scandinavian work methods and approach – the most significant part at the project management is a teamwork.

Counting more than 10 years of event and project management experience in multi-lingual teams and different cultures, has inspired me to share my working approach with these customers who are looking for professional and cost-efficient solutions at event management in Swedish and Baltic States markets.
